The Hub of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics provides support in these domains to the Units and Platforms of the Institut Pasteur. We are recruiting two bioinformaticians and/or biostatisticians to continue the support activities and take over the increasing requests for the analysis of biological data.

The successful candidates might be partly detached to research units and/or core facilities. Teaching missions (academic and/or professional training, possibly in international settings) might also be part of their activities.

Position profiles:

• NGS data analysis (epigenetic inheritance) profile details
• Omics data analysis (single cell and spatial transcriptomics) profile details
